Cardigan – Primark, Crop Top and Hat- H&M, Skirt – East End Thrift Store, London (£1.50!), Belt and Boots – Topshop, Handbag- Vivienne Westwood

My seminar was cancelled today so obviously this called for wandering into town in search of Indian food and forcing my boyfriend to take outfit photos for me. I’ve been in a little style rut lately. Even though A/W is my favourite season for fashion, most uni days I can’t be bothered with the miserable weather. I just put on an oversized jumper and I’m ready to go, which obviously makes getting an outfit post up kinda hard! I’m always going for the laid back Mary Kate Olsen look and consequently looking like a tramp… sigh.
I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair of winter shoes and finally settled on these Topshop Aubrey 2 boots. They are so versatile and literally go with everything! I love the cut out boot style but really wanted something with a little heel (short girl problems) so finding these on the Topshop website was one of those – heavens opening angels singing – moments. This skirt has become one of my A/W staples. I got it in the East End Thrift Store in London which is aaamaazing. If you’re ever in London, definitely go! I picked up so much amazing stuff there, including a few kgs of crochet which I can never get enough of. I always love a piece of clothing so much more if I know I got it for a bargain.

What are your A/W staples right now?

The boots are my faaavourite! i think my 'autumn staple' has to be my cropped jumper from topshop- you know the really fluffy ones similar to your cardigan? It's just so comfy. I can't even explain!

I know how you feel in the style rut – I'm such a lazy dresser – but you still look amazing! I love the fluffy cardigan on you, I've seen fluffy Primark garments on a few blogs now and I'm yet to see them in store (think I've missed out again haha). So jealous of your VW bag 🙂 xx
