LONDON FASHION WEEK | DAY 4

Dress & Boots – Topshop | Hat – H&M | Fur Gilet – Secret Sales

I can only describe these past few days as some of the best of my life! Interning with FashionScout has been such an amazing experience and I really have learnt so much. On Monday I saw my favourite show, Marina Hoersmander, who was absolutely incredible. Her collection gave me goosebumps from start to finish. She is definitely a name to keep your eye on!
I was so sad to be heading home on Monday night and the post- Fashion Week depression apocalypse is starting to kick in. I’ve been thinking a lot about what direction I want to take my blog in after getting home. I’ve barely been doing this for 6 months so I have a lot of time to chip and change things around. I’m thinking of making it a little bit more like my own personal magazine and incorporating more features and lengthy posts. Lately its been mostly beauty focused just because it’s more within my means. I’m starting to establish myself as a beauty blogger but that really limits all of the things that I’m interested in. Don’t get me wrong, I love beauty, but I love fashion a million times more! You have to make the most out of your little space on the internet and I intend to do just that…

Lydia Rose,

xoxo

I love the honesty in this post. I think you should do what you feel comes naturally on your blog. I love reading your posts and will continue reading whatever way you decide to do! I was gutted that I couldn't attend LFW, I need to figure out how to get catwalk show tickets for next year!

Lovely blog, Now Following! Hope to keep in touch!

I think well rounded 'bit of everything' blogs are way more interesting, and it's much nicer because it gives you a sense of what someone is like as a person – not just what they wear on their face. Good luck! xx

Its exciting that you've been thinking of new ways you want to update your blog! I've always thought of yours as a beauty blog but that doesn't mean to say you can't switch it around if you feel your heart's not in that area. I feel like that with my blog at the mo too, I started off doing mainly fashion and recently have completely just been doing beauty – mainly because I'm skint and haven't been able to afford clothes for months! haha! I need to have a good think about what direction I want to go in though! Good Luck! I will continue to read your blog whatever you decide to do though 🙂

Fashion Week, in any city really, seems like a crazy but amazing experience! As for your blog, I really hope you continue in a direction that represents you and that you are satisfied with! It's so important to go for what you want to achieve and not for what people expect you to do! Good luck xo
